Dead Island trailer release and Hype!

Dead Island is a Zombie-Apocalypse shooter game to be released sometime this year for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. They have been working on this game since 2007 and have just released a new trailer, which you can watch here.

Ok, so this trailer is amazing, as you can see, but I have my doubts. There has been Hype about this trailer all day and people are excited. People on YouTube have already uploaded the trailer going backwards to play forwards. If you have watched the trailer already, then you know what I mean. This trailer is a great teaser but it shows no game-play. I will not be in a rush to buy this game until some game-play has been released as well. I also found out that this trailer was not made by Techland (the developer of the game). They partnered with a small studio named Axis Animation and came up with this short story. Who knows if this will be in the game itself as a cut-scene or if this is how pretty the game will actually be.  I will wait for more info. Until then I will play the video a couple more times!
