dynasty warriors: strikeforce (psp)

I like the dynasty warrior series. These games are know for their style and button mashing fun. This one is pretty much the same thing. In strikeforce, you can play up to four players and customize your weapons. Although I just started playing it, I can tell you its fun and not something to take lightly. I have only done the practice missions and no story missions, and its hard. Maybe I'm not used to the controls yet or something, since I have only been playing with the psp fully for about a week now. The furys on each character are unique and very colorful. Each kingdom has their own fury colors, wu: orange and yellow, shu: blue and green, and wei: blue and purple. The graphics/artwork are surprisingly well done and I didn't think for a second that I was playing on a handheld, but that could be just me being emersed into the gameplay. There is story line of course but it doesn't matter much to me in this kind of gameplay. As a whole I like this game and its a good addition to the dynasty series. I would recommend this game to anyone that loves dynasty warriors or anyone up for some hack 'n' slashing!

is the end closer than we think?

Recently I have been told that there is a huge plastic trash pile in the middle of the pacific ocean. I didn't want to believe it so I did a little research of my own. I found out that this is true. Its located a little bit north of hawaii and is the size of Texas twice over! This was just discovered recently by a scientist/sailor and all I could think about is why not sooner than this?? Could we have been so blind and uncaring not to notice this? With the earthquakes and other natural things happening, I can believe that the earth is trying to fight back. Let me tell you...she will win. This planet is a gift and I think we have noticed this a little too late. I mean sure, we can try to clean it up but it will never truely be clean. They say that there are decompossed plastics still floating below the bigger plastics. They are just too small to clean up and already causing a lot of damage. Take the salmon populations in canada for instance...this could just be one of the causes of the population decrease and there isn't a lot we can do about it. This has opened my eyes to a lot of other things and I want to do something about it. What I suggest: Recycle Recycle RECYCLE! Sure we have been trying to do this for years now but only a few states actually require and provide separate bins for trash and recycling but you can do this on your own. There are recycling facilities in every state. It makes me sad to think that we are ruining this earth for future generations to come.
