oh no...not this again...

So yes, I am writing about the Twilight saga. I've read the books and LOVED them. The movies don't do the books justice. If you like reading vampire novels, love stories or just love reading a good story, then you just have to read these. I believe the best book out of the four is the last one. It has action, love and some story twists. What I liked most about "Breaking Dawn", was the two perspectives told in it. Now if you have seen the movies, I highly recommend throwing out what you saw and try really hard to capture what Stephenie Meyer has written.
Enjoy!

Heroes!

So today is the day for the Heroes mid-season premiere, so to make more of a Hype, I've decided to do a little review on the DC Comics releases and the dvd seasons 1-3 box sets. I gotta say that I'm very happy with the comic books. I have read most of them from the site and loved how they webbed the story of the tv series with the comics. Things you wanted to know about when watching the show are somewhat explained in the graphic novels. Good reading. The box sets include lots of extra features....deleted scenes, stunts, alternate endings, never seen episodes, untold stories, screen art, and author commentaries!

If you haven't seen this tv show, I highly recommend the watch because of the compelling story lines and in-depth characters.

Champagne!!

Happy New Year, Everyone!

So everyone enjoys a glass of champagne on New Year's Eve, right? That is just what I did. I had bought a $4 bottle of Andre Blush (Pink Champagne from California) for the special event. I don't like champagne and don't know much about it but I can tell you I have had some horrible champagne in the past years. Most are dry, and don't have a very appealing taste that just makes me want to have another glass. Last night however, was a different story. The Andre was good. It was smooth and not too tart. When the bottle was gone, a different bottle of champagne was opened. This one was called Martini & Rossi Asti (sparkling wine imported from Italy). It was wonderful! Now some of you might think that after the first bottle was gone I would be drunk and tasting the second wouldn't matter because it would just taste the same. You're wrong. I had two glasses of Blush and then had Asti and wow what a difference. If I knew the right words to best describe the taste of wine or champagne I would use them for Asti. Now I'm not going to run out and buy champagne at any chance I get but I will remember the names of these, so when the next special event comes along that calls for champagne, I will buy the ones I like.
